★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois das reclamações anteriores, venho confirmar a insatisfação ....faz 2 horas que pedi, está atrasado há 30 minutos, consta no ifood que foi entregue... Estou passando mal de fome, liguei 3 x no restaurante e não dão um horário exato. Pedido não rastreável.

Worst ever. We ordered delivery 1.5 hr waiting and nothing! Did not answer contact. NOTHING. They don't deserve to have a restaurant with worse service than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi uma marmita as 12:40 e chegou ia dar 15h, fria sem o suco que pedi e paguei por tal pois fiz pagamento online. Tive que engolir sem mastigar porque meu horário de almoco ja havia acabado e seco porque nao tinha o que beber, liguei e falaram que iam me retornar e nao fizeram isso.
I asked for a kettle at 12:40 and it was going to be 15:00, cold without the juice I ordered and I paid for it because I paid online. I had to swallow without chewing because my lunch hour was over and dry because I did not have anything to drink, I called and they said that they would return and did not do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom o restaurante , boa variedade de saladas , sobremesa uma por dia , preço 15 reais A vontade , se não gostar da mistura do Self service , pode pedir mistura na chapa , refrigerantes e sucos a preços não tão caros . Atendimento excelente , pessoal sempre sorrindo e te dão uma atenção fora de série. Indico o local para todos que estiverem por ali perto!!!!!
Very good restaurant, good variety of salads, dessert one per day, price 15 reais. If you do not like the mix of self service, you can order plate mix, sodas and juices at prices not so expensive. Excellent service, staff always smiling and give you outstanding attention. I recommend this place to everyone nearby !!!!!

1 - fiz o pedido as 13:46.
2 - As 14:50 liguei no restaurante o dono informou que o pedido estava a caminho do local.
3 - fiz outra ligação as 16:00 e o dono informou que o pedido estava cancelado, mas eu nao solicitei o cancelamento.
4- o pedido apareceu na tela como sido entregue.
5- O dono falou que era pra fazer o pedido na loja, e se tivesse pedido na loja teria entregue
isso e uma falta de respeito ao consumidor, por isso estou entrando na pequenas causas.
Terrible attendance.
1 - I made the request at 13:46.
2 - At 14:50 I called the restaurant the owner informed that the request was on the way to the place.
3 - I made another call at 16:00 and the owner informed me that the request was canceled, but I did not request the cancellation.
4- The order appeared on the screen as delivered.
5- The owner said that it was to make the order in the store, and if he had requested the store would have delivered
this is a lack of respect for the consumer, so I am getting into small causes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido de Marmitex bife parmegiana. Arroz veio CRU, pedi batata frita e mandaram salada. Pedido era 28 reais, pedi troco pra 50 e não mandaram. Tive que pagar 30.
I placed an order for Marmitex parmegiana steak. Rice came RAW, I ordered fries and they sent a salad. Order was 28 reais, I asked for change for 50 and they didn't send it. I had to pay 30.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi pelo rappi, já era para ter chegado e aparece que o motoboy ainda não saiu. Já tentei entrar em contato com o restaurante cerca de 15 vezes e o telefone consta como ocupado. Não tenho como cancelar e tb possivelmente não conseguirei receber o pedido.
I asked for the rappi, it was supposed to arrive and it appears that the motoboy hasn't left yet. I've tried to contact the restaurant about 15 times and the phone is busy. I have no way to cancel and tb possibly will not be able to receive the order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feito o pedido para entrega de um prato de picanha com arroz, feijão e fritas. A entrega atrasou em quase 1h, porém o pior foi descobrir uma fatia pequena de picanha (dura, por sinal) em um marmitex lotado de arroz.
Feito contato com o restaurante via chat do ifood, informaram que mandam "uma fatia de carne de 300gr (o que mostrou-se uma mentira) de acordo com o padrão da casa." Padrão esse extremamente baixo frente a outros restaurantes da região, não recomendo.
Order placed for delivery of a plate of picanha with rice, beans and fries. Delivery was delayed by almost 1h, but the worst was discovering a small slice of rump steak (hard, by the way) in a marmitex full of rice.
Contacted the restaurant via the ifood chat, they reported that they send "a 300gr slice of meat (which turned out to be a lie) according to the standard of the house." This standard is extremely low compared to other restaurants in the region, I do not recommend it.
