★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava de passagem resolvi parar para almoçar, me foi oferecido algumas opções dentre elas a que escolhi ( costela ) veio em um prato separadamente porém ossos soltos no prato, carne com muita gordura e cebos o que se deu para perceber que do jeito que a costela veio do fornecedor simplesmente foi colocado com tudo na panela, eu jamais serviria algo parecido... Comida simples sim, mas servir de qualquer jeito não...
I was just passing by and decided to stop for lunch, I was offered some options among which the one I chose (rib) came on a plate separately but loose bones on the plate, meat with a lot of fat and onions what happened to realize that the way the rib it came from the supplier, it was simply put with everything in the pan, I would never serve anything like that ... Simple food, yes, but not serving anyway ...
