★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Churrasco meat we tried in Brazil and the best value for money. Very unassuming chilled place with street band music on weekends. It was so good we went there 2 days in a row for lunch and ordered the 2 person is churrasco for 4 ppl with a side of ribs & other sides.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to chill after a tiring day of hiking or even just laying on the beach. Serves cold beer and tasty food at razonable prices. They even agreed to put the River Plate football match on the tv for me to watch it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant serves excellent steaks and Caipirinha for a fraction of the cost in this ritzy (Ipanema) neighborhood. The wait staff are friendly but they don’t speak English. They have a menu in English but make sure you point to your exact order in the Portuguese menu otherwise they could mess up your order. Go for steak because it is worth it. And do not, I repeat do not leave without trying their empanadas, to die for.
