★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiance is very nice and cozy. Their "pão de queijo" is like heaven according to my wife. The mille feuille unfortunately is a disappointing experience, and the coffee is one of the worst coffees I've had -- no taste nor aroma. My friend and my wife has an expresso each and said it was weak even after sending it back for a replacement. Real pity. Other than the mug of coffee also everything was way overpriced!

Also, not on the picture, the banana with peanut butter is great for those craving a bit of sweet in their breakfast.
Those 3 items make up for the hard bread.
My attention point: arrive early or you’ll be waiting in line for awhile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would 100% recommend coming by for breakfast! They have a great selection of egg dishes, pastries, fruit dishes, and meats/cheeses. The menu format makes it easy to check off what you want to order, even if you don’t speak Portuguese. Loved the atmosphere, too! Also, the things people were eating for lunch looked fantastic!
Oh…and they have the best pao de queijo I’ve had!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely FANTASTIC!!! Excellent servers and excellent food…my only regret was going to boteco belmonte instead of this place for my last day in rio…HIGHLY recommended. I brought a group of 8 and they all thanked me for the suggestion…one person had 3 sandwiches and loved them all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered what I saw on someone else's plate. The croquet monsieur (grilled ham and cheese) and morrocan eggs with a hibiscus tea. The food was good. The tea was bitter but that's probably me being used to Texas sweet tea. Overall it was good and I'd try other options if I had time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice setting, great location and amazing air conditioned room inside! Menu has everything that you can possibly want for breakfast. Servers are very polite and friendly (even during the pandemic). I deserves 5 stars, but my partner wanted to give it a 4 because the pastries are not as spectacular as we expected from the pictures. Will come back!
