Não tinha feito e muito menos nem ligaram , mas tinha uma fórmula que seria entregue para outro cliente para outro dia e me.entegaram essa, mas depois de 30 min de espera. Ontem solicitei uma nova fórmula e agendado para o dia posterior às 16. As 16:00 Recebo uma ligação dizendo que não tinha o produto p fazer a fórmula (um absurdo) e que poderia ir amanhã em barao ou na segunda pegar em paulinia . Se quisesse fidelizar o cliente e como desculpas pelo ocorrido , faria a entrega na residência sem cobrança de taxa. Mas infelizmente não foi o q aconteceu. Proprietário fique de olho .

Bad experience. I requested a formula to pick up paulinia and went at the appointed time. I hadn't done it, much less they didn't even call, but I had a formula that would be delivered to another customer for another day and they delivered this one, but after 30 minutes of waiting. Yesterday I requested a new formula and scheduled it for the day after 16.00. At 16:00 I get a call saying that I didn't have the product to make the formula (absurd) and that I could go to Barao tomorrow or pick up Paulinia on Monday. If I wanted to retain the customer and as an apology for what happened, I would deliver it to the residence without charging a fee. But unfortunately that is not what happened. Owner keep an eye out.
