★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, estava na fila e simplismente a atendente passou um casal bem vestido na minha frente, sendo que além de preferencial eu havia chegado primeiro, simplesmente nunca mais piso em uma Drogasil pois a falta de respeito de uma funcionária me fez ter pavor de pensar em comprar de novo nesta farmácia.
Poorly attended, I was in line and simply the attendant passed a well dressed couple in front of me, being that besides preferential I had arrived first, simply never again on a Drogasil because the lack of respect of an employee made me terrified to think to buy again in this pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento de uma funcionária da perfumaria pois comprei um item que estava com cartaz de 40.00 por 24 ao passar no caixa não aceitou o sairia preço promocional e ela veio para acertar no caixa então resolvi pegar mais um e ela sempre de cara fechada disse que iria passar somente um mesmo apos eu dizer que nao estava sendo justo ,ela permaneceu rude ,com as feições nada simpática. Até o caixa um rapaz simpático ficou constrangido com a atitude dela é ate se desculpou pelo ocorrido.Deveriam escolher melhor aqueles que lidam com o público. Não são todos pois o moço do caixa foi extremamente solicito e simpático.
I didn't like the assistance of a perfumery employee because I bought an item that had a poster of 40.00 for 24 when I went to the cashier she didn't accept the promotional price and she came to get it right so I decided to get another one and she always said with a frown. that would only pass one even after I said I was not being fair, she remained rude, with unfriendly features. Even the cashier a nice guy was embarrassed by her attitude and even apologized for what happened. They should choose better those who deal with the public. Not all of them because the cashier was extremely solicitous and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes rápidos e simpaticos. Conta com uma boa variedade de produtos e geralmente não ocorre ruptura de estoque. Os preços são compativeis com a região. Vale comentar que na maioria das vezes o desodorante Dove fica em promoção com preço bem abaixo da região. Recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz pedido pela Internet em Março/2021 _ e vi que o pedido saiu dessa loja aí do shopping Dom pedro. Pedi 5 pacotes de Fralda bigfral G noturna. Veio os 5 pacotes errados _ me mandaram bigfral DermaPlus. Que pena! Veio errado. Melhor pegar pessoalmente.
I placed an order over the Internet in March / 2021 _ and I saw that the order left that store at Dom Pedro shopping. Ordered 5 packs of diaper bigfral G night. The 5 wrong packages came - they sent me a bigfral DermaPlus. What a pity! It came wrong. Better to get it in person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima na gôndola tinha promoção do creme dental sensodyne levando 2 teria o desconto, porém fui ao caixa efetuar pagamento a caixa disse por não serem idênticas não entrava na promoção, voltamos a gôndola não tinha outro para fazer o par da promoção, na lei quando na falta de um produto ofereça pelo preço similar até descartazear essa promoção que constava tirei fotos, e minha amiga comprou a mesma junto. Porém a caixa chamou a gerente simplesmente me deixou esperando sem resolver o caso. Que profissional! !! Deixou a desejar .Ridículo sendo que trabalho no shop vi o atendimento despreparado para tal ocorrido ainda comprei medicamento, paguei e me retirei, só que todos os dias passo na frente eu e meus colegas e não vou me cansar de falar pra eles como foi ridículo a gerente fazendo hora pra não resolver o que de fato estou correta aqui é só o primeiro passo do descaso e segundo vou enviar ao procon só pra aprender que sirva de lição para respeitar o próximo a promoção é da drogaria e não dá gerente ou seja ela tem obrigação de resolver senão está fazendo o que????? Ocupando o cargo de outro de competência!!
My experience was terrible on the gondola, I had a sensodyne toothpaste promotion taking 2, I would have the discount, but I went to the cashier to make payment. when, in the absence of a product, offer it at a similar price until I discarded this promotion, I took pictures, and my friend bought it together. But the cashier called the manager just kept me waiting without solving the case. What a professional! !! Left to be desired .Riculum being that I work in the shop I saw the service unprepared for such an occurrence I still bought medicine, paid and withdrew, except that every day I and my colleagues go ahead and I will not get tired of telling them how ridiculous it was the manager making time not to resolve what I am actually correct here is just the first step of neglect and second I will send it to procon just to learn that it serves as a lesson to respect the next one the promotion is from the drugstore and does not give manager has an obligation to resolve otherwise what are you doing ????? Occupying the position of another competency !!

Muita demora e funcionários depreparados. Acabei indo embora sem comprar por mais de uma vez devido ao atendimento: espera sem fim, desconto que não passa no caixa - esperei 15 minutos pra ser atendido, mais meia hora pra atendente fazer o cadastro no laboratorio para no final chegar no caixa e o sistema dar erro, não pude comprar. Ainda jogaram a culpa no sistema do laboratório (uma inverdade, pois comprei normalmente na concorrente logo em seguida e com o mesmo desconto do laboratório).

A lot of delay and prepared employees. I ended up leaving without buying more than once due to the service: endless waiting, discount that doesn't go through the checkout - I waited 15 minutes to be served, another half hour for the attendant to register in the laboratory and then arrive at the checkout and the system gives an error, I could not buy. They still blamed the laboratory's system (untrue, as I normally bought it from the competitor right away and with the same discount as the laboratory).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atendem o telefone nem com reza. Gostaria de saber quanto está o teste de covid antes de dar viagem perdida indo lá mas passei dois dias ligando e ninguém atende.
They don't answer the phone even with prayers. I would like to know how much the covid test is before giving a lost trip going there but I spent two days calling and no one answers.
