★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionaria (que se identificou como proprietaria) da boutique dos bixos indicou hotel para nosso pet. Seguimos a sugestao e deixamos nosso Buldogue ingles 1 semana no hotel indicado. Alem do acompanhamento nao ter sido adequado, nossa cachorra ganhou 5 kg (pesava19 e foi para 24) em 1 semana. Como se um adulto de 60 kg passasse a pesar 75kg em 1 semana. R$ 700,00. Mais de 100 reais por dia. Como assim?
Agora vai minha queixa. A dona do Pet Shop é filha da dona do hotel (o que descobri ontem). Quando questionei o ganho absurdo de peso em 1 semana o que é um risco para essa raça, a postura da dona do pet me assustou. Se doeu como se fosse ela a dona do hotel, negou que isso fosse relevante, foi totalmente defensiva e nada profissional. Culpou a cachorra de ter engordado como uma porca.
Ai eu penso: toda semana eu deixo minha cachorra aqui pra dar banho, se acontecer algo, qual será a postura do estabelecimento?

E como não citar a Jana, muito atenciosa e sempre faz o corte do jeito que pedimos. Perfeito! Há 7 anos só acrescentando elogios! Muito Obrigada!
Hoje ele chegou do mesmo jeito de sempre, e deixou o meu dia mais feliz, depois de um dia cansativo de trabalho!

We are super happy when the Whiskey comes back to each bath, every care that this Pet has with him! Since 3 months he has been under the care of Dr Marcos, Andrea and staff. And how not to quote Jana, very attentive and always makes the cut the way we ask. Perfect! Just adding compliments for 7 years! Thank you!

Levei hoje pela primeira vez, minha Spitz e a Chihuahua para tosa e banho, estrutura mta boa, profissionais super caprichosos e atenciosos, em especial a tosadora Janaína que arrasou no corte da Spitz!! Virei fã!
