Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e cuidadosos com os pets. O preço também é muito bom. Bem mais barato que outros pet shops. Fazem pacote com 4 banhos mensais, que incluem escovação dos dentes, 1 tosa higiênica R$162,00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho dois gatos e moro na região há 03 (três) anos. Nunca tive nenhum problema, sempre os vacinei e utilizei dos serviços de banho também.
No entanto, recentemente, fui contatada pela veterinária do local a respeito do vencimento da vacinação dos meus gatos. Tentei então fazer o agendamento do procedimento por whatsapp, já que o serviço oferece este canal.
Recebi um tratamento muito ruim do proprietário do local. Iniciei a conversa às 10:38. Recebi a primeira resposta às 11:58 e respondi em seguida, às 12:01. Nova réplica em 13:13, sempre com respostas imediatas da minha parte. Depois às 13:54 e por fim, às 17:28, quando me foi dito que, se eu quisesse agilidade, eu deveria ligar no telefone fixo. Oras, eu comecei a falar com eles pela manhã, não solicitei agilidade, apenas uma resposta num tempo aceitável. E não fui rude em nenhum momento.
Assim que, fica aqui meu questionamento a respeito do tratamento que pode estar sendo dispensado aos pets quando é assim que tratam os humanos.
I have two cats and I live in the region for 03 (three) years. I have never had any problems, I have always vaccinated them and used bath services too.
However, recently, I was contacted by the local vet about the expiration date for my cats vaccination. I then tried to schedule the procedure via whatsapp, since the service offers this channel.
I received very bad treatment from the owner of the place. I started the conversation at 10:38. I received the first reply at 11:58 and then replied at 12:01. New replica at 13:13, always with immediate answers from me. Then at 13:54 and finally at 17:28, when I was told that if I wanted agility, I should call the landline. Why, I started talking to them in the morning, I didn't request agility, just an answer in an acceptable time. And I was not rude at all.
So, here is my question about the treatment that may be being given to pets when that's how humans are treated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu levei meu pet lá umas 3 vezes e o atendimento das veterinárias foi bom. Porém senti um descaso muito grande para responder mensagens na hora de agendar e tirar dúvidas. As vezes visualizam e não respondem, precisei ficar cobrando.
Da última vez que levei meu pet, fiz uma consulta em que ficaram de me mandar um orçamento do tratamento que ele precisaria fazer e nunca me mandaram. Cheguei a cobrar e me disseram que cobrariam a veterinária para me mandar mas nunca me responderam de volta.
A impressão que eu fiquei é que eles escolhem quem atender e que não tem consideração nenhuma pelo cliente que perdeu tempo levando na consulta em um lugar que de fato não estava disposto a atender e muito menos pelo pet que precisa do atendimento/tratamento.
Sem contar que uma vez levei meu pet para tomar banho e escovar os dentes e pelo fato dele ter ficado muito agitado, não quiseram escovar (esse foi o motivo principal pelo qual o levei para o banho). se eu não tivesse perguntado se tinham escovado, nem teriam me informado.
Enfim, precisam melhorar muito esse atendimento.
I took my pet there about 3 times and the service from the veterinarians was good. However, I felt a great disregard for answering messages when scheduling and asking questions. Sometimes they visualize and don't respond, I had to keep charging.
The last time I took my pet, I had an appointment where they had to send me a budget for the treatment he would need to do and they never sent me. I got to charge and they told me they would charge the veterinarian to send me but they never replied back.
The impression I got is that they choose who to attend and that they have no regard for the customer who wasted time taking the appointment to a place that was actually not willing to serve, much less for the pet that needs the service/treatment.
Not to mention that I once took my pet to take a shower and brush his teeth and because he was very agitated, they didn't want to brush (this was the main reason I took him to the bath). if I hadn't asked if they had brushed, they wouldn't have let me know.
Anyway, they need to improve this service a lot.

Disse sim ser representante comercial do Google apenas como uma forma de me identificar!
E oque isso tem de mais? Trabalho em um escritório no bairro da sua "empresa", e onde trabalho uma vez por mês podemos levar nossos pets. Ou seja a Sra. Perdeu a oportunidade de fidelizar ao menos 37 funcionários que aqui trabalham e trazem seus pets uma vez ao mês...
Mas tudo bem., sem problemas. Acredito eu ter tido a intenção de banho e tosa em meu pet em um mal dia para a Sra. Isso acontece com todos. Só cabe a nós não deixar nosso mal ser descontado no outro. O outro não tem culpa dos seus problemas. O seu problema pra mim é apenas SEU problema. Podemos ver em suas diversas avaliações que não se trata de um caso isolado né!

And what's the big deal? I work in an office in the neighborhood of your "company", and where I work once a month we can take our pets. In other words, you lost the opportunity to retain at least 37 employees who work here and bring their pets once a month...
But that's okay, no problem. I believe I had the intention of bathing and grooming my pet on a bad day for you. This happens to everyone. It's just up to us not to let our harm be taken out on the other. The other is not to blame for your problems. Your problem to me is just YOUR problem. We can see in their various assessments that this is not an isolated case, right!
