★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tudo safado, tentaram me enganar duas vezes, não te deixam ver a pesagem da carne, te cobram mais caro do quê o preço do kg anunciado, não compro e não recomendo.
All naughty, they tried to deceive me twice, they don't let you see the weight of the meat, they charge you more than the advertised price per kilogram, I don't buy it and I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por várias vezes tive a cobrança errada, valor cobrado não era o mostrado. Não é possível ver a pesagem da carne, e também o corte feito. Portanto o cliente tem que confiar no que está sendo colocado. Sugiro verificar a notinha antes de pagar e acompanharam atento o corte. O preço NÃO é dos melhores da região.
Several times I had the wrong charge, the amount charged was not the one shown. It is not possible to see the weight of the meat, and also the cut made. So the customer has to trust what is being placed. I suggest checking the note before paying and closely followed the cut. The price is NOT the best in the region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muitas vezes fui ao açougue e comprava com desconto oferecido para clientes do CLUBE CERTO, já na última vez que fui ao açougue informei que era associada ao clube certo e a atendente do caixa me informou que o açougue não tinha mais essa parceria, MESMO COM O ADESIVO COLADO NO CAIXA DIANTE DE MIM, E MESMO COMIGO ABRINDO O APLICATIVO PARA MOSTRAR QUE O AÇOUGUE AINDA ESTAVA NA LISTA DE OPÇÕES PASSADAS PELO CLUBE CERTO, momento que a atendente ficou super irritada comigo informando que não era possível mais adquirir o desconto, ficou irritada falando que ela não era a dona , que ia ligar para o dono, propus a ela que ligasse mesmo pois estava sendo feito propaganda enganosa com os clientes, momento que ela pediu um colaborador para tirar o adesivo colado no caixa , sendo dessa forma propaganda totalmente enganosa, sem contar que nesse dia me venderam carne que eu não pedi. Experiência totalmente desagradável nesse lugar, e me senti lesada. ATÉ A PRESENTE DATA DESTA RECLAMAÇÃO 19/11/2021 É POSSÍVEL ENTRAR NO CLUBE CERTO E VER QUE O DESCONTO AINDA É PFERECEIDO COMO NA FOTO.
I often went to the butcher shop and bought with a discount offered to CLUBE CERTO customers, the last time I went to the butcher I informed that I was a member of the right club and the cashier informed me that the butcher no longer had this partnership, EVEN WITH THE STICKER PENDED ON THE BOX IN FRONT OF ME, AND EVEN WITH ME OPENING THE APP TO SHOW THAT THE BUTCHER WAS STILL IN THE LIST OF OPTIONS PASSED BY THE RIGHT CLUB, when the attendant was super angry with me saying that it was no longer possible to purchase the discount, she was irritated saying that she was not the owner, that she was going to call the owner, I proposed to her to call even because it was being misleadingly advertised with customers, when she asked an employee to remove the sticker pasted on the cashier, thus being totally advertising misleading, not to mention that that day they sold me meat that I didn't ask for. Totally unpleasant experience in this place, and I felt aggrieved. UNTIL THE PRESENT DATE OF THIS CLAIM 11/19/2021 IT IS POSSIBLE TO ENTER THE RIGHT CLUB AND SEE THAT THE DISCOUNT IS STILL OPPORTED AS IN THE PHOTO.
