★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O produto rolex é indiscutível! O problema é a boutique (loja) mesmo. O estoque deles só tem aqueles modelos que disponíveis em qualquer loja autorizada rolex, porém com preços mais altos. Não acredite se eles eventualmente te disserem que irão arrumar algum modelo diferenciado. Se aparecer alguém oferecendo mais eles venderão para essa outra pessoal sem qualquer peso na consciência.
The rolex product is indisputable! The problem is the boutique. Their stock only has those models that are available at any authorized rolex store, but with higher prices. Do not believe it if they eventually tell you that they will find a different model. If someone appears offering more they will sell to that other person without any burden on conscience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sobre o produto não há o que comentar é único, sobre a loja o atendimento super atencioso e agradável. Explicaram que a falta de alguns modelos é mundial e mesmo não achando o relógio que eu queria, consegui um outro modelo que me agradou bastante. Recomendo
There is nothing to comment about the product, it is super attentive and pleasant. They explained that the lack of some models is worldwide and even though I couldn't find the watch I wanted, I got another model that I really liked. I recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja em si não é boa em negociação. O preço dessa loja Rolex é mais caro do que as outras lojas. Sem contar que são todo enrolados com a data da entrega da mercadoria, então acabei comprando meu rolex por condições bem mais favoráveis em outra loja também autorizada da rolex. A marca do relógio, Rolex, não há o que falar. Minha crítica é em relação a loja mesmo que ficou muito a desejar em atendimento para o tipo de produto que vende.
The store itself is not good at bargaining. The price of this Rolex store is more expensive than the other stores. Not to mention that they are all wrapped up with the date of delivery of the goods, so I ended up buying my rolex for much more favorable conditions in another rolex authorized store. The watch brand, Rolex, is nothing to talk about. My criticism is regarding the store even though it was much to be desired in service for the type of product it sells.

As pessoas dessa Boutique, vendedores e gerente definitivamente não estão preparados para lidar com a marca Rolex (a marca é top, nota 10 para a marca). Problema é a loja, dois amigos meus que compraram lá e me alertaram que eles são ruins de negociação eu iniciei a minha e vi que são desqualificados. Sem falar que acabei arrumando preços muito melhores para comprar o meu relógio rolex em outras lojas autorizadas da marca. Resumo: Eu não indico a boutique rolex do shopping cidade jardim.
Messy store. They say one thing and then do another. The people of this boutique, salespeople and manager are definitely not prepared to handle the Rolex brand (brand is top, grade 10 for brand). Problem is the store, two friends of mine who bought there and warned me that they are bad trading I started mine and saw that they are disqualified. Not to mention that I ended up getting much better prices to buy my rolex watch at other authorized brand stores. Summary: I do not indicate the rolex boutique of the garden city mall.

The Rolex brand is wonderful, but the store's customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I ended up buying my watch at another store, as my experience in that store was terrible.
