Great!! I have some limitations due to knee problems, and all the teachers have always been extremely considerate and caring. Adapting drills and exercises whenever necessary. Always very careful and with great attention to all students.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing box! I came for one session as I was staying in Sao Jose dos Campos with work and cannot recommend this Crossfit gym enough. Everyone was so friendly - the session was tailored to everyone's ability and Juliana speaks great English :) 100% recommend
