Agendei horário com o Guilherme e assim que cheguei fui bem atendida o mesmo viu o problema e já me tranquilizou. Ao sinalizar que era gasolina de má qualidade para minha sorte tinha pouco combustível no carro. Ele tirou a mensagem do painel e não cobrou por isto, de quebra fiz mais algumas perguntas ao qual me respondeu e me orientou . Profissional bem acessível, justo e honesto com seu trabalho.
My Etios popped up a message on the dashboard that it had never appeared on before. I scheduled an appointment with Guilherme and as soon as I arrived I was well attended, he saw the problem and reassured me. When I signaled that it was bad quality gasoline, for my luck, I had little fuel in the car. He took the message from the panel and didn't charge for it, as a bonus I asked a few more questions to which he answered and guided me. A very accessible professional, fair and honest with his work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O mecânico Guilherme comentou que daria a solução do problema de falha do motor. Deu a palavra que seu diagnóstico resolveria o problema, porém, não resolveu. Levamos o carro pela segunda vez para outro diagnóstico, não resolveu. Em resumo, tenho a impressão que me induziu a trocar peças no veículo que não tinha necessidade, pois, mesmo após a troca, o veículo apresenta o mesmo problema de falha...
Perdi a confiança no diagnóstico proposto por essa empresa e o pós venda de serviços é ruim. Tentei contato com o mecânico por telefone, o mesmo nao atendia o telefone. Pedi para que retornasse as ligações, nada.
Enfim, não recomendo!
A palavra do profissional nesse tipo de situação é a única coisa que vale.
Mechanic Guilherme commented that he would solve the problem of engine failure. He gave the word that his diagnosis would solve the problem, but it didn't. We took the car a second time for another diagnosis, it didn't solve it. In short, I have the impression that it induced me to change parts in the vehicle that I had no need, because, even after the change, the vehicle has the same failure problem...
I lost confidence in the diagnosis proposed by this company and the after-sales service is bad. I tried to contact the mechanic by phone, he wouldn't answer the phone. I asked him to return the calls, nothing.
Anyway, I don't recommend it!
The word of the professional in this type of situation is the only thing that counts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RAPIDO E HONESTO. Dificil achar um mecanico bom, mas esse me agradou muito. Resolveu problema da minha Hilux em minutos e olha que passei por 4 oficinas que se diziam especializadas. Rapaz prestativo me acompanhou pelo servico me apresentando tudo que poderia estar errado com meu carro e cobrou um preço JUSTO para dizer o minimo. Recomendo e vou trazer o carro da minha mulher.
FAST AND HONEST. Hard to find a good mechanic, but this one pleased me a lot. Solved my Hilux problem in minutes and look how I went through 4 workshops that were said to be specialized. Helpful boy accompanied me through the service introducing me everything that could be wrong with my car and charged a FAIR price to say the least. I recommend and I will bring my wife's car.
