★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na noite de ontem tivemos um problema com uma valvula do nosso carro. Nao conheciamos nenhum mecanico de gnv na regiao e enviamos mensagem para varios para que, quando a loja abrisse nos respondessem.. Diversas lojas nos responderam, inclusive as mais conhecidas de Sao Gonçalo e nenhuma nos ajudou, mesmo tendo oferecido o pagamento do "socorro". Apenas esta empresa nos respondeu e de fato se preocupou em oferecer solução para o problema, o tecnico foi ate o local (o que nenhum outro se ofereceu para fazer) e resolveu nosso problema. O atendimento foi excelente e com certeza iremos buscar a empresa mais vezes alem de indicar para conhecidos.
Last night we had a problem with a valve in our car. We didn't know any CNG mechanics in the region and we sent a message to several so that, when the store opened, they would respond to us. . Only this company answered us and in fact was concerned with offering a solution to the problem, the technician went to the place (which no other offered to do) and solved our problem. The service was excellent and we will definitely look for the company more often in addition to recommending it to acquaintances.
