★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento demorado....local inseguro e ao entregar uma encomenda eles não fornecem nenhum recibo....péssimo isso....além disso não existe identificação do local...a empresa deveria criar parceiros com pontos de coleta em áreas centrais da cidade....
 Delayed service....unsafe location and when delivering an order they do not provide any receipt....this is terrible....in addition there is no identification of the location...the company should create partners with collection points in central areas of the city....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma empresa que não respeita o cliente, não cumpri prazo. Você tenta contato com a empresa e eles não te informam de maneira clara o motivo do atraso, se quer ligam se tá atrasado ou não. Você consulta o código de rastreio e toda hora o produto é transferido de um lado para outro e quando vc liga para a unidade eles dizem que tá em transferência.
A company that does not respect the customer, does not meet its deadline. You try to contact the company and they don't tell you clearly the reason for the delay, whether they call you if you're late or not. You look at the tracking code and all the time the product is transferred from one side to another and when you call the unit they say it's being transferred.

Como lojista, nunca passei o inferno que estou passando com essa unidade. Pessoas despreparadas, incompetentes e incapacitadas para oferecer esse tipo de serviço. VERGONHA MANCHANDO A REPUTAÇÃO DA JADLOG ????
UNITS LIKE THIS JUST SHOULD CLOSE!
As a retailer, I never went through the hell I am going through with this unit. People who are unprepared, incompetent and unable to offer this type of service. SHAME BLACKING JADLOG'S REPUTATION ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima transportadora, eles agem de má-fé não entregando os produtos em determinadas áreas, querendo que nós clientes busquemos os produtos. Alegam impossibilidade de entrega, sem nem ao menos sair para fazê-la. O telefone é um caso à parte, só serve de enfeite, pois ninguém atende.
Bad carrier, they act in bad faith not delivering the products in certain areas, wanting us customers to pick up the products. They allege impossibility of delivery, without even going out to do so. The telephone is a separate case, it only serves as a decoration, because no one answers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior empresa de logística, não cumprem os prazos e não te dão retorno de nada!!! Minha encomenda era pra chegar dia 18 e hoje dia 22 não tive retorno de nada, não se enganem pelos comentários bons, essa empresa é horrível, estou super decepcionada, não indico pra ninguém!
Worst logistics company, they don't meet deadlines and don't give you anything back!!! My order was supposed to arrive on the 18th and today the 22nd I didn't get anything back, don't be fooled by the good comments, this company is horrible, I'm super disappointed, I don't recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha encomenda está com eles desde 25/02/2022, o prazo de entrega era 08/03/2022 hoje já é 23/03/2022 e nem sinal da encomenda. Tento contato telefônico, perco o meu tempo, geralmente mais de 1h aguardando ser atendida e nada!
My order has been with them since 02/25/2022, the delivery deadline was 03/08/2022, today it is 03/23/2022 and no sign of the order. I try to contact the phone, I waste my time, usually more than 1 hour waiting to be answered and nothing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a compra de uns remédios naturais caríssimos que com o passar do tempo perde a eficácia. Comprei dia 16 foi postado dia 16 de dezembro de 2021, recebi o produto no ano seguinte no dia 12/01 realizei meu tratamento e infelizmente as ervas não funcionaram perderam a eficácia pois o máximo de dias seria 15 dias, quase um mês depois faltando apenas 5 dias pra completar um mês eu recebi. Estou um pouco decepcionada! Pois o produto era bem caro!
I bought some very expensive natural remedies that over time lose their effectiveness. I bought it on the 16th, it was posted on December 16, 2021, I received the product the following year on the 12/01th I performed my treatment and unfortunately the herbs did not work, they lost their effectiveness because the maximum number of days would be 15 days, almost a month later, just missing 5 days to complete a month I received. I'm a little disappointed! The product was very expensive!
