★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha avaliação é negativa, a Empresa BrVita indizil meu Pai de 90 anos para comprar com promessas de extorno do cartão de crédito, porém nada do efetivo estorno, o produto foi devolvido conforme combinado com a Empresa, mais a cobrança continua, constrangimento e abuso ao código de direitos idosos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa empresa, sei lá se é empresa, faz propaganda na TV, idosos por não terem o senso crítico apurado, acham que o que eles falam é verdade é acabam sendo induzido a fazer a compra pela telefone.
Foi o que aconteceu com a minha sogra de nome Geralda S. de Lima, 81 anos, fez o pedido dia dia 27/11/19, a tarde, porém resolveu que não lhe interessava mais continuar com a compra, l9go cedo por volta das 8:00 hs do dia 28/11/19, ela ligou para esse lugar é tentou fazer o cancelamento do seu pedido, o que claro não fizeram, e além disso prenderam a linha telefônica dela de forma criminosa, certamente para que outras pessoas não ligasse lá, liguei de meu tel, e reforcei de forma categórica que minha sogra não queria mais o tal do OSSOMAX, e tentaram me enrolar fazendo que outra pessoa iria ligar, o que tenho certeza de que não ocorreria essa outra ligação deles, pois essa empresa demonstra não seguir as leis do consumidor l, e que tem ficar enganado as pessoas, o que é um erro, nem todo mundo deixa pra lá, se quer cancelar e está dentro do prazo dexsete dias, segundo a lei do consumidor p9de cancelar e bem precisa justificar, aliás, essa empresa me parece não ser confiável, porque eles percebendo que realmente o ped8do iria ser cancelado prenderam também m8nha linha telefônica de forma irregular, demonstrando a total falta de respeito pelos consumidores, e pelas leis brasileiras. Alguém da justiça precisa para com essas empresas que enganam consumidores.
Cuidado, consumidores não comprem nada dessa empresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não caiam nisso é golpe, fui atendida pela funcionária Priscila que por sinal é péssima, de mal caráter. Eu havia pedido para ser cancelado o pedido, ela falou que não tinha como cancelar pq o pedido já havia sido enviado, quando entrei em contato com a central disseram que não foi enviado que ainda poderia ser cancelado!
Aaaah e ela apagou todas as mensagens que havia me enviado no whatsapp!
É golpe não caíam nessa!!!
