I was served by the owner of the workshop. Super attentive from the beginning of the reception to the delivery of the car. Service was excellent, I showed my car to a shopkeeper who understands and he didn't even notice what was fixed. I highly recommend and the service was super fast. Made by allianz insurance

Excellent work by Carla and her team. Attentive, perfect service within the agreed time, very fair price and a lot of friendliness combined with professionalism. I have already recommended it to friends who used insurance and they were very satisfied with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepção... oficina onde já havia feito serviços anteriores, retornei e fui altamente decepcionado desde o atendimento telefônico até a execução do serviço que foi mal feita, incompleta, com péssimo acabamento na pintura... e não entendo até hoje como puderam me entregar um carro com serviço incompleto e tão mal feito.... além de caro.
Solicitei nota fiscal e estou aguardando até hoje. (Nota recebida em 05/04/22 - resolvido)
Check-out péssimo para um serviço tão caro onde o veículo é entregue fora dos padrões de uma oficina 'nesse nivel'
Não retorno e não classifico nem com uma estrela.
Disappointment... workshop where I had done previous services, I returned and was highly disappointed from the phone service to the execution of the service that was poorly done, incomplete, with a bad finish on the painting... and I still don't understand how they could deliver me a car with incomplete service and so poorly made.... as well as expensive.
I asked for an invoice and I'm waiting until today. (Note received on 04/05/22 - resolved)
Terrible checkout for such an expensive service where the vehicle is delivered outside the standards of a workshop 'at this level'
I won't be returning and I don't even rate it with one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with Braddock, auto colision repair. My point of contact was Carla, she is the owner and always she is there. She was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. When I brought my car in, it I have some dents and scratches. I was impressed at the turnaround time and how great my car looked afterwards. You can’t even tell there was prior damage done to it. During the process her team kept me updated on the progress of my car. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely strongly recommend Braddock.
