Foram busca-lo em casa, pois se trata de um Pastor Alemão muito grande. Ainda está em tratamento na clínica, mas não tenho palavras para agradecer o que estão fazendo por ele.
So far I am extremely satisfied with the treatment of our friend who has been hospitalized since Friday night. They went to pick him up at home, because he is a very large German Shepherd. He is still undergoing treatment at the clinic, but I have no words to thank you for what you are doing for him.

Dog up is a 24-hour clinic that has always been present in our family. they took wonderful care of my dog Paçoca and my other pets throughout these 15 years.

I arrived with my cat and we were very well taken care of by Dr Michele and Dr Pamela!
The exams were done at the same time and my cat came out medicated and with the diagnosis!
So much affection, dedication from the doctors that I ended up bringing another cat for examination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não foi boa minha primeira experiência nessa clínica, antes de ir à clínica liguei na recepção para saber o valor do exame de sangue para gatos, a recepcionista me falou que era R$50,00 reais, chegando lá já com o gato sendo examinado soube pela veterinária que era R$200,00.
Numa consulta simples gastei 300 reais sem nenhum procedimento que tenha resolvido o problema de vômito do meu gato. Sai com mais dúvida do que cheguei, e gastei R$300,00 pra nada. Decepcionada, precisa ter informações claras e instruir melhor os funcionários a não passar informações erradas, me induziu ao erro e gastei o dinheiro que eu não podia. Antes de passar o seu bichinho, ligue perguntando os valores, se possível vá ao local mas não passe pela consulta antes de saber os valores reais dos procedimentos e consulta, pois entrei na consulta achando que era uma coisa e foi outra. Tem um hospital veterinário achando Dr Erick no Campo Limpo, na região mesmo que são valores muito acessíveis e lá eles falam uma coisa e de fato o é.
Unfortunately my first experience at this clinic was not good, before going to the clinic I called the reception to know the value of the blood test for cats, the receptionist told me it was R$50.00 reais, when I arrived there with the cat being examined I knew by the veterinarian which was R$200.00.
In a simple consultation I spent 300 reais without any procedure that solved my cat's vomiting problem. I left with more doubts than I arrived, and I spent R$300.00 for nothing. Disappointed, needs to have clear information and better instruct employees not to give wrong information, misled me and spent the money I couldn't. Before passing your pet, call asking for the values, if possible go to the place but don't go through the consultation before knowing the real values of the procedures and consultation, because I entered the consultation thinking it was one thing and it was another. There is a veterinary hospital finding Dr Erick in Campo Limpo, in the region, which are very affordable prices and there they say one thing and in fact it is.
