★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atendem o telefone, cobram taxas absurdas, dizem que resolveu o problema e no mês seguinte as taxas voltam a ser absurdas. Todo mês tendo que passar horas pra solicitar reembolso não é fácil e nem legal pra ninguém!
They don't answer the phone, charge absurd fees, say they've solved the problem, and the following month the fees are again absurd. Every month having to spend hours to request a refund is not easy or legal for anyone!
