★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lugar onde o cliente chega com uma dúvida e sai com mil pontos de interrogação na cabeça além de um atendimento péssimo fui tratado como uma bola de ping pong me jogavam de um para o outro fiquei cerca de duas horas no local e sem resposta do problema
A place where the customer arrives with a doubt and leaves with a thousand question marks in the head plus a poor attendance I was treated like a ping pong ball they threw me from one to the other I stayed about two hours on the spot and no response of the problem

Fui cancelar a minha conta e falaram que eu não poderia o fazer pois não era minha agência. Sendo que minha agência fica em outro estado. O moço foi super atencioso e enviou um malote pra minha agência pra solicitar... porém, não sei porque, não deu certo. E por questão de saída de horário de serviço me dirigi a outra agência para verificar como estava a situação... resumindo... precisei vir na minha agência (em outro estado) para solicitar o cancelamento.
E ainda de sacanagem vou ter q pagar 78 reais de tarifas bancárias.. já que estou tentando fazer o cancelamento desde novembro do ano passado.
Muito chateada.
Falta de respeito.

I went to cancel my account and they said I couldn't do it because it wasn't my agency. Since my agency is in another state. The guy was super attentive and sent a pouch to my agency to request ... however, I don't know why, it didn't work. And as a matter of leaving service hours, I went to another agency to check how the situation was ... in short ... I had to come to my agency (in another state) to request the cancellation.
And yet I’m going to have to pay 78 reais in bank fees .. since I’m trying to cancel since November last year.
Very upset.
Lack of respect.
