★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento impecável. Em 23-09-2020 levei minha mãe de 79 anos para fazer prova de vida do INSS, eu e minha mãe fomos tão bem atendidas pela Adriana e pelo Rafael. O cuidado com minha mãe por causa da COVID, o respeito, a gentileza, me deixaram comovidas. Ninguém se preocupou se éramos ou não correntistas, simplesmente foram gentis... pq sabem como tratar as pessoas. Agradeço muito a vcs ... a toda equipe dessa agência. Não há tecnologia q supere o contato humano. Obrigada por serem pessoas q tem a disponibilidade de ajudar com um sorriso no rosto. Sucesso pra todos.
Impeccable service. On 23-09-2020 I took my 79 year old mother to prove the INSS life, my mother and I were so well attended by Adriana and Rafael. The care for my mother because of COVID, the respect, the kindness, moved me. Nobody cared if we were account holders or not, they were just kind ... because they know how to treat people. I thank you very much ... the entire team of this agency. There is no technology to overcome human contact. Thank you for being people who have the availability to help with a smile on their face. Success for everyone.
