★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento dessa agência é simplesmente o pior de todos porque além da demora, existem poucos funcionários e os que estão lá não são ágeis. Quando fui abrir conta para receber salário, demorou 2 horas para atenderem, sendo que haviam poucas pessoas antes de mim, logo não existiam motivos para tanta enrolação.

Com 13 mesas apenas 3 estavam ativas e a tela de chamada não funciona. Esperando por mais de uma hora, o promotor do estande 1 muito prestava atenção no momento que eu tinha, mas preferia ir a outras agências mais distantes, mas com melhor atenção.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei de um caixa eletrônico. Esta agência é a mais perto da minha casa. Pelo site, menciona que os caixas funcionam nas agências até as 22 horas. Corri até a referida agência, chegando na mesma as 21:45. Mas, para minha surpresa os portões estavam fechados e não consegui acesso aos caixas, restando prejudicado. Enquanto, os caixas eletrônicos, das agências vizinhas a esta, de outros Bancos (Itaú, Bradesco, etc.) estavam disponíveis, inclusive com clientes no interior da agência. Falta de respeito com o consumidor!
