I want to pay my debt and I can't, I called to negotiate they were sending by sms barcode and nothing .... tb they can't send it in the email, which I thought was absurd, I don't have time to go to the store to pay, so what? ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha o cartão Bradescard, muito transtorno, não consegui falar com ninguém, cobranças indevidas. Hoje quais tive um infarto de tanto trastorno.
,Já avisei umas 3 amigas minha que também vai cancelar, por cobranças indevidas e a opção para falar com o atendente é gravação.
I had the Bradescard card, a lot of trouble, I couldn't talk to anyone, undue charges. Today which I had a heart attack of so much upheaval.
,I already told 3 friends of mine that I will also cancel, due to undue charges and the option to talk to the attendant is recording.

NÃO CAIAM NESSE CARTÃO, PIOR ESCOLHA FOI TER CONTRATADO VOCES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos os dias vocês ligam para minha procurando uma tal de Francisca e sempre digo que não existe tal pessoa aqui.. falam que vão arrumar o cadastro e nada... vcs não tem hora para ligar... ligam cedo .... me incomodam... acho isso um absurdo. Nunca fiz qualquer transação comercial com vocês.
Every day you call my looking for one Francisca and I always say that there is no such person here .. they say they will fix the registration and nothing ... you don't have time to call ... call early .... me bother ... I think this is absurd. I never did any business transaction with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É COMO UM CONTRATO DE PERDA DE CRÉDITO NO SERASA. O atendimento é imcompreensivel, o link de 2ª via da fatura manda para a pagina de atendimento ao cliente, onde as opções são a de falar com atendentes que te fazem esperar 30 min para ser atendido E NÃO RESOLVEM SEU PROBLEMA. Alem das ligações de ameaças de colocar o nome no serasa não te ajudarem a obter a segunda via da fatura, mesmo você explicando que não consegue pagar por falta da 2ª Via da Fatura.
IT IS LIKE A CREDIT LOSS AGREEMENT IN SERASA. The service is incomprehensible, the 2nd copy link of the invoice sends it to the customer service page, where the options are to talk to attendants who make you wait 30 min to be served AND DO NOT SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM. In addition to the threat calls to put your name on serasa, they do not help you to obtain a duplicate of the invoice, even if you explain that you cannot pay for lack of the 2nd copy of the invoice.
