Bad service, bureaucratizes customer access, doesn't answer calls, doesn't give access to debt renegotiation through the app, doesn't contact the customer to renegotiate personal credit. The bank, in the person of manager Hugo, answered me and solved my problems, so I withdraw the complaint I made in this comment.
