The agency has been renovated and expanded. The attendance improved a lot. It's a lot faster now and there are a lot more ATM's.

Agora em se tratando dessa agência em específico, o tratamento aos clientes é desumano, a espera é absurda, e agora na pandemia tudo piorou, as pessoas ficam do lado de fora no sol, calor e chuva. O atendimento é tão lento que extrapola consideravelmente o que as normas consumeristas estabelecem e isso pode gerar danos morais aos clientes. Outra coisa ruim é que alguns funcionários dessa agência estão dispostos a complicar a vida dos clientes, não facilitam em nada e tornam a experiência de precisar ir a essa agência um verdadeiro transtorno. To digitando essa reclamando enquanto espero pra ser atendido, cheguei às 10 hrs e agora são exatamente 12: 30 hrs e nada de atendimento. Sou advogado e muitos clientes meus recebem algum tipo de benefício previdenciário nesse banco e eu estou disposto a convencer todos eles a mudar de banco.
Bradesco's institution itself has always been a disappointment. I deal with several banks, but this is undoubtedly the worst. Now when it comes to this specific agency, the treatment of customers is inhumane, the waiting is absurd, and now in the pandemic everything has gotten worse, people are outside in the sun, heat and rain. The service is so slow that it considerably goes beyond what the consumer standards establish and this can cause moral damage to customers. Another bad thing is that some employees of this agency are willing to complicate the lives of clients, do not make it any easier and make the experience of having to go to this agency a real inconvenience. I'm typing this complaining while I wait to be attended, I arrived at 10 am and now it is exactly 12: 30 pm and no attendance. I am a lawyer and many of my clients receive some kind of social security benefit at this bank and I am willing to convince all of them to change banks.
