★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei uma hora e quinze minutos, só pra pegar a senha, pois o equipamento estava quebrado, uma desorganização tremenda, fila pra fgts e correntistas, tudo misturado e ainda tinha um funcionário da Caixa que complicação ainda mais. Que arrependimento ter trocado de banco.
I was an hour and fifteen minutes, just to get the password, because the equipment was broken, a tremendous clutter, queue for fgts and account holders, all mixed and still had a cashier employee that complicate even more. What a regret to have changed banks.

Aqui se espera tanto quanto em outro Banco qualquer, como Itaú, Santander e Bradesco. Caixa tem história, nome e é o unico Banco a atender as várias fatias do mercado (empréstimo, moradia, FIES etc).
