★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente de alguns bancos dentre eles o Bradesco. Que banco horroroso, agência vazia e o pessoal fazendo fila do lado de fora da agência. Alguns assentos dentro da agência estão marcados com interditados, ou seja não pode sentar, bem lógico mas, e o restante dos bancos? Não pode sentar no guem ou os gerentes não deixam o pessoal entrar e se acomodar? Essa agência é um verdadeiro lixo, tratando os clientes dela como lixo. E olha que a fila é pra resolver problema que o próprio banco arrumou e a solução é somente com o cliente. Nunca vi isso no Itaú. Ainda se a agência estivesse cheia e não tivesse o que fazer eu entenderia, mas manter 10 pessoas do lado fora no sol e com tanto assento vazio... Péssimos gerentes.
I am a client of some banks, including Bradesco. What a horrible bank, an empty branch and people queuing outside the branch. Some seats inside the branch are marked as forbidden, in other words, you cannot sit, quite logically, but what about the rest of the seats? Can't sit on the guem or managers won't let staff in and settle in? This agency is real rubbish, treating its clients like rubbish. And look, the line is to solve a problem that the bank itself fixed and the solution is only with the customer. I've never seen this on Itaú. Even if the agency was full and had nothing to do I would understand, but keeping 10 people outside in the sun and with so many empty seats... Terrible managers.
