★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prestação de serviços bom. Funcionários não conversam muito com cliente, dão as informações necessárias e se calam. O estacionamento é sacanagem. Todo mundo que quer fazer algo na redondeza para lá. Não há controle algum, causando transtorno pra quem precisa parar para realizar a solicitação do serviço ao Bradesco.
Good service provision. Employees do not talk to the customer much, give the necessary information and remain silent. Parking is slutty. Everyone who wants to do something nearby. There is no control whatsoever, causing inconvenience for those who need to stop to request the service from Bradesco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive uma boa experiência, fui bem atendido com pessoas educadas. Porém o que importa é a solução do problema, já que você está dependendo de várias burocracias. Tive várias dificuldades de comunicação, atrasaram a vistoria do carro, não acompanhei a avaliação do carro. Não me passaram o resultado da avaliação eu tive que ligar, para saber se já tinham feito. Não gostei do atendimento posterior pois não tive feedback.

I had several communication difficulties, delayed the inspection of the car, I did not follow the evaluation of the car. Se os bancos estão abertos , pq uma seguradora, Está fechada ? Principalmente olhando pela questão de que muitas pessoas estão morrendo, e muitas pessoas estão precisando dar entrada nos seguros de vida .
Tratar tudo por telefone é horrível, principalmente... que nem todo mundo tem como ficar ligando pra esses telefones 4004 que custam bastante a ligação

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Existe um Cartel organizado pela EDR Inspeções e Sinistros para lhe forçar a escolher a oficina que eles sugerirem. Não adianta você querer escolher oficina porque a EDR irá criar obstáculos para a oficina não conseguir prestar um bom serviço, atrasam a autorização do serviço, cortam itens essenciais e se a oficina fizer o serviço atrasam o pagamento de propósito.
There is a Cartel organized by EDR Inspections and Claims to force you to choose the workshop they suggest. It is useless if you want to choose a workshop because EDR will create obstacles for the workshop to fail to provide a good service, delay the authorization of the service, cut essential items and if the workshop does the service, it will delay the payment on purpose.
