A vale car foi acionada enviamos as documentações solicitada por eles, os orçamentos das oficinas indicadas por eles mesmo.
A Valer Car sem nenhumas responsabilidades, nunca me fez uma ligação para informação a situação do processo.
Demorou para aprovar o orçamento, eu sempre que tenho que está ligando lá e insistindo por uma resposta.
Isso é desgastante.
Após muitas insistências conseguir contato o com SR Vander, que disse ser responsável pelos sinistros.
Ficou me dando várias desculpas, dizendo que as peças foram enviadas para Oficina e chegaria com uma semana, toda semana uma desculpa diferente. Ele sempre me pedindo para esperar até a quinta-feira que essas peças ia chegar. E esse dia nunca chegou!
Hoje dia 08/10/21 após falar com outro funcionário, fiquei sabendo que a minhas peças não foram pagas e nem enviadas.
Estou a 03 meses, tendo que ligar e insistir por um retorno e uma solução. E NADA FOI RESOLVIDO!
Essa empresa não cumpri com prazos, não resolveu absolutamente nada!
Cuidado se precisar usar esse seguro é dor de cabeça e falta de paz na certa.
Pois os funcionários são treinados para MENTIR!
On 07/30/2021, a Vale car policyholder hit my car.
Vale car was activated, we sent the documentation requested by them, the budgets of the workshops they indicated.
Valer Car, without any responsibilities, never called me for information on the status of the process.
It took time to approve the budget, I whenever I have it calling there and insisting for an answer.
This is exhausting.
After much insistence, contact SR Vander, who said he was responsible for the accidents.
He kept giving me several excuses, saying that the pieces were sent to Oficina and would arrive with a week, every week a different excuse. He was always asking me to wait until the Thursday that these pieces would arrive. And that day never came!
Today, 10/08/21, after talking to another employee, I learned that my parts were not paid for or shipped.
I've been for 03 months, having to call and insist for a return and a solution. AND NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED!
This company didn't meet deadlines, it didn't solve absolutely anything!
Be careful if you need to use this insurance is a headache and lack of peace for sure.
Because employees are trained to LIE!
