★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento da colaboradora Ana Paula, me encontro em SC e realizei uma ligação para informar que gostaria de receber o valor que foi pago de um grupo encerrado de um consorcio que não dei continuidade, a atendente disse que eu poderia solicitar em qualquer loja do país, informei que já havia feito uma tentativa sem sucesso na loja Amauri | Honda Motos - São José, Av. Presidente Kennedy, 87 - Campinas, São José - SC, 88101-000, fui informado que deveria procurar a loja de onde eu havia iniciado o consorcio, pois bem, com o intuito de ser instruido corretamente, liguei na loja Brasmoto Porto Seguro, situado Rua das Arapongas, 22 José Fontana I, Porto Seguro - BA, 45810-000, a atendente (via telefone) Ana Paula não me solicitou nenhum dados do meu grupo do consorcio para verificar no sistema se realmente tenho um valor a receber, não me deu alternativas para solucionar minha questão, simplesmente transferiu a ligação para um ramal que nunca me atendeu, tentei diversas vezes falar novamente com a própria Ana Paula ou outro colaborador da Brasmoto Porto Seguro, sem sucesso, sigo sem assistência e sem solução para receber o que é de direito meu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, o atendimento por telefone é péssimo, pedem para usar WhatsApp , porém o serviço também não funciona adequadamente demorando muito para uma resposta chegando a 4 horas pra ser atendida!
Revejam esse novo método de atendimento e façam treinamento de atendimento ao cliente por telefone ou contrate recepcionista competente. Muito insatisfeita!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, ja paguei 80% da minha moto, e a concessionária ainda não entregou meu bem, não atende quando liga, respostas vagas quando atende!!! Loja de MERD*** simples assim, chega moto nunca ?! Ou so de 5 em 5 meses ???? E depois de mais um processo sera que vocês sobrevive , BRASMOTO ?
