★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Meu produto era pra chegar hoje em Santo Antônio de Jesus e nada dele. Liguei pra lá e o atendente tem a audácia de dizer que pode ser entregue em até mais 5 dias.
Horrible. My product was supposed to arrive today in Santo Antônio de Jesus and still nothing. I called there and the attendant has the audacity to say that it can be delivered in up to 5 more days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo estou com uma mercadoria que deveria ter sido entregue em 01/04/2022 e até agora não recebi, fui informada que o entregador tentou realizar a entrega em 28/03 e não localizou o endereço, como assim em uma cidade tão pequena de poucas ruas, isso foi má vontade porque se pedisse informação qualquer um teria dado, agora me deram um telefone de Feira de Santana, porém miguem atende, não respeitam o cliente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enviei uma mercadoria e a mercadoria que chegou no destinatário foi outra coisa nada haver. Trocaram as caixas. Problema é que pelo chat do site nao resolve, e pra atender o telefone é só num milagre, pra piorar é que quando atendem nunca é com a pessoa que atende, ai vao transferir e como um raio não cai duas vezes no mesmo lugar, não atendem de novo essa *****....

The problem is that the chat on the website doesn't solve it, and to answer the phone it's just a miracle, to make it worse is that when they answer it's never with the person who answers, then they'll transfer and like lightning it doesn't fall twice in the same place, no answer this ***** again....

Sou cliente Braspress há um bom tempo e apesar dos percalços até então tudo bem, já essa unidade além de não realizar as entregas dentro do programado ainda inventa desculpas como "o caminhão que está com a carga quebrou"... a Braspress só tem 1 caminhão numa cidade desse tamanho? Absurdo!!! Total falta de profissionalismo e respeito com o cliente. E além disso, nesse meio tempo o boleto já está faturado para pagamento sendo que a remessa nem ao menos foi entregue. Bando de incompetentes!!!!!
Worst unit in the country!!!! I've been a Braspress customer for a long time and despite the mishaps so far, so good, this unit, in addition to not making deliveries on schedule, still makes excuses like "the truck that has the load broke"... Braspress only has 1 truck in a city this size? Absurd!!! Total lack of professionalism and respect for the customer.
