★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu gostaria de salientar que o pra de entrega foi cumprido,o que pra mim e extremamente positivo, porém meu endereço não foi encontrado,e não entendo o porque, já que nunca tive esse problema antes, já trabalhei com vários trasportadoras,e sempre passo e endereço dessa forma. Não compreendo porque não fui acionada para sanar quaisquer dúvidas em relação a meu endereço,liguei várias vezes,falei com vários atendentes que disseram que tinha adicionado novamente meu telefone,e também que estaria disponível para ajudar no que estivesse aí meu alcance,pois bem, não fui acionada, consegui manter contato até em,pois agora estou a mais de 1 hora na linha, ligado para todos números disponíveis na minha região,o que ao meu ver e bem tendencioso,pois sempre fui atendida com rapidez, até apresentar cobrar a solução de meu problema, lamentável esse descaso,sede de santo Antônio de jesus e feira de Santana

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O transporte chega rápido na cidade, mas eles ficam segurando até o final do prazo pra entregar, melhor nem informa que ta na cidade pq o cliente fica 10 dias esperando sair pra entrega quando o material ta ali a 10 minutos de carro, não importa se o prazo termina em 10 dias, é super desconfortável saber que a mercadoria ta ali parada pertinho e eles dizendo na ligação que ta no prazo, mas não demonstra interesse algum em entregar logo já que ta na cidade.
