★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com relação ao atendimento recebido na portaria e nas docas, fui muito bem atendida, mas com relação ao administrativo da Braspress, uma estrela é muito para dispensar! Mal preparados, vc brancas indevidas, falhas de comunicação, falta de respeito com com os clientes, desde o atendimento telefônico, o chat e o setor financeiro é o pior! Não é uma situação isolada, pois trabalho com a transportadora há anos e sempre foi uma desorganização e descaso com o cliente. Continuo pq a região que necessito coletar só é atendida por eles, não fosse isso, nunca mais me estressaria com eles
Regarding the service received at the concierge and on the docks, I was very well attended, but regarding the Braspress administration, one star is a lot to pass up! Poorly prepared, undue white people, communication failures, lack of respect with customers, from the phone service, chat and the financial sector is the worst! It's not an isolated situation, as I've worked with the carrier for years and it's always been disorganized and neglectful with the customer. I continue because the region that I need to collect is only served by them, if it weren't for that, I would never stress about them again
