I know it very well and one of the best companies in which I have had the pleasure of meeting very well trained people educated and dedicated to better give customers and visitors a company that, 99 percent of the merchandise is not on the floor, is circulating on top of the treadmills then go straight to the vehicles and go to the customers only to come and meet them to credit them.

Tenho uma encomenda já no centro de distribuição, com previsão de entrega apenas no dia 30/11, falei com a matriz e disseram que posso retirar, mas não consigo contato com esta filial. O telefone cai. Mandei mensagem para o Samuel que comenta todas as avaliações negativas aqui, mas não recebi retorno.
Não recomendo a Braspress como transportadora!
There is no customer respect whatsoever here. I have an order already at the distribution center, with delivery forecast only on 11/30, I spoke with the head office and they said I can pick it up, but I can't contact this branch. The phone drops. I sent a message to Samuel who comments all the negative reviews here, but I didn't receive a return.
I do not recommend Braspress as a carrier!

Falta de respeito e consideração com quem paga as suas contas Braspress. Obs. Não atende o telefone e não responde e-mails.
Não recomendo.

Fiz uma compra dia 08/04/2022 que no mês dia foi despachado para transportadora, prazo era de 8 dias para entrega.
Depois de muito tentar resolver meu problema, a transportadora informa que não encontrou o endereço.
Minha mercadoria está no Tamboré.
Indo pelo Rodoanel na da 20 minutos até a Av. Raimundo Pereira de Magalhães, 12011 Residencial Porto Seguro.
Eles tem a cara de pau de informar que o motorista não encontrou o endereço.

Company is getting famous for not meeting deadlines.
I made a purchase on 04/08/2022 which was dispatched to the carrier on the same month, delivery time was 8 days.
After a lot of trying to solve my problem, the carrier says it couldn't find the address.
My merchandise is in Tamboré.
Going through the Rodoanel on the 20-minute walk to Av. Raimundo Pereira de Magalhães, 12011 Porto Seguro Residential.
They have the nerve to report that the driver couldn't find the address.
Joke .
Mr. Marcelo more respect with his customers.
