★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na unidade BQR01 BARUERI em 09/02 com uma etiqueta gerada através de uma plataforma parceira e fui informada que a expedição apenas é possível se a embalagem estiver acompanhada de NF, eu estava com a declaração de conteúdo entretanto fui informada que a gerente da unidade não autoriza o envio com a declaração.
Previamente havia acessado o site da Cargo Azul e seguido todas as orientações quanto a documentação/embalagem para evitar esse tipo de transtorno. Fiquei extremamente insatisfeita com o atendimento/serviço.
I was at the BQR01 BARUERI unit on 02/09 with a label generated through a partner platform and I was informed that the shipment is only possible if the package is accompanied by an invoice, I had the content declaration however I was informed that the unit manager does not authorize sending with the declaration.
I had previously accessed the Cargo Azul website and followed all the guidelines regarding documentation/packaging to avoid this type of inconvenience. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service/service.
