Bad service! Very amateur for a very technical and specialized service of high technology. They have lots to learn about good services and good service! But unfortunately that's what the city has! The best solution and always complain to see if they improve one day! And as soon as they have competition in the city things will get better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou com a brasturbo não faz nem um mês atendimento péssimo, falta de respeito pelo cliente, pessoas sem competência pedi mudança de endereço não vieram até hj e me mandaram a conta da transferência, mas estou sem internet até hj pq não vieram fazer a transferência de endereço mas a conta veio,não se consegue entrar em contato com eles.?
I'm with brasturbo not even a month lousy service, lack of respect for the client, people without competence I asked for a change of address didn't come until today and sent me the transfer account, but I'm without internet until today because they didn't come to make the transfer address but the account came, you can't get in touch with them.?
