★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já começo falando francamente: NAO COMPREM CARRO NESTA AGÊNCIA. Parcelei um Renault Kwid 2018. Estava "lindo" na agência, paguei as últimas parcelas do IPVA a vista, inclusive a transferência do documento do carro. Demorou mais de dois meses por um erro administrativo de não repassar ao despachante deles, e eu precisando do carro para trabalhar de aplicativo, paguei 2 meses da parcela do veículo, com dinheiro das minhas economias. Defeitos no carro: pneu dianteiro direito remold com 2 furos (comprei um novo do meu bolso), estepe careca, sem segunda chave, luzes trazeiras queimadas, a maçaneta da porta quebrada, só arrumou porque eu vi na agência antes, me entregou com o tanque na reserva e se não pedisse para ver o tanque de Água após retirar da agência, teria travado o motor. Os vendedores vão te dar a maior atenção, claro precisam vender e serem comissionados, mas se sabem dos problemas do carro antes de vender, deve comunicar se não se torna conivente.
OBSERVAÇÃO: Comentário que eu avaliei foi depois que eu paguei tudo e fui no outro dia retirar da loja: o pneu só descobri andando, segunda chave só descobri que não tinha depois que paguei, combustível na reserva foi só retirar da loja, luzes queimadas foi andando, documento atrasado incompetência do mesmo.
Meu erro foi não ter perguntado antes.
Então tomem cuidado !!!
 I begin by speaking frankly: DO NOT BUY A CAR AT THIS AGENCY. I parked a Renault Kwid 2018. It was "beautiful" at the agency, I paid the last installments of the IPVA in cash, including the transfer of the car document. It took more than two months for an administrative error to not pass it on to their dispatcher, and when I needed the car to work on an application, I paid 2 months for the vehicle installment, with money from my savings. Car defects: right front tire remold with 2 holes (I bought a new one from my pocket), bald spare tire, no second key, burnt back lights, broken door handle, only fixed it because I saw it at the agency before, handed it to me with the tank in the reserve and if you did not ask to see the water tank after withdrawing from the agency, you would have stopped the engine. Salespeople will give you the most attention, of course they need to sell and be commissioned, but if they know about the car's problems before selling, you must communicate if you don't become conniving.
NOTE: Comment that I evaluated was after I paid for everything and went the other day to remove it from the store: the tire just discovered walking, the second key only discovered that I didn't have it after I paid, fuel in the reserve was just removed from the store, burnt out lights walking, delayed document incompetence of the same.
My mistake was not asking before.
So be careful !!!

Péssimo lugar.
Carros maquiados - parecem bons acabou a garantia e começam a aparecer os problemas.
Demoraram 5 meses para fazerem o documento.
Na hora de vender prometem tudo, e depois que aprovam o financiamento já era você está por conta própria.
Nunca vi tanta desonestidade em uma agência.
O carro passando a "garantia" (ficou 4 meses para arrumar) começou a dar os mesmos defeitos que se agravaram e tive que pagar para fazer o câmbio e agora o motor.
Antes disso recusaram a desfazer o negócio nem que fosse para pegar outro carro.
O "mecânico" que eles usam é uma boca de porco que ninguém em sã consciência levaria o carro lá.
Como podem ver ainda preferem atacar o cliente do que reconhecer suas falhas.
Eu pagaria o IPVA numa boa se não tivessem demorado 5 meses para transferir o documento. Se o documento está no nome da loja o problema é da loja não do cliente. Aínda que aceitei dividir o custo do IPVA.
4 meses para arrumar o carro que nunca ficou bom.
Fujam desse lugar!
Pilantras da pior espécie.
São tão pilantras que a maioria das 5estrelas são de funcionários, donos e seus parentes, ou seja maquiam até às avaliações do Google.

The car passed the "warranty" (it took 4 months to fix) and started to have the same defects that got worse and I had to pay to make the gearbox and now the engine.
Before that they refused to undo the deal even to get another car.
The "mechanic" they use is a pig's mouth that no one in their right mind would drive there.
As you can see, they still prefer attacking the customer than acknowledging their flaws.
I would pay the property tax if it hadn't taken 5 months to transfer the document. If the document is in the name of the store, the problem is with the store, not the customer. Even though I agreed to share the cost of IPVA.
4 months to fix the car that never looked good.
Run away from this place!
Scoundrels of the worst kind.
They are so crooks that most of the 5 stars are employees, owners and their relatives, that is, they even make up for Google ratings.

Não recomendo
Comprei um carro e já faz 1 mês e 11 dias e até agora nada do documento.
Ainda chegou uma multa do antigo dono e eles veio pagar depois de 2 semanas.
Um descaso
Quando é para fechar prometem mil coisas.
Fora que em 1 mês o carro já está com problema no motor.
Só estou esperando virar o documento para levar o carro para arrumar.
Paguei 45 mil a vista fora a documentação já para não ter dor de cabeça.
Essa agência e péssima

Minha nota é um zero bem grande, não indico nem para o meu melhor inimigo.
My son got wrapped up in a Vectra and invested all the money he had in this damn car and lost it all and is still paying off tire and engine debts he had to do.
My grade is a pretty big zero, I don't even recommend it to my best enemy.
