Gente toma muito cuidado ao faz negócio com eles .. Eu sou motorista uber eles mim entregaram doc. 2016 do carro porque tinha perdido o doc. 2017 .pra eles entregar os dute reconhecido depois 12 dias ainda tinha multa no sistema que eu não conseguia faz a transferência .....resumo 22 dias parado sem poder trabalhar por inresposabilidades deles
Eu perdir eles aluga um carro pra mim trabalho falaram quer não pordia
Perdia pra mim ajudar pra paga a 1 parcela falaram que podia ... Então tona muito cuidado...

People take great care when doing business with them .. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pós vendas péssimo. Elias para vender é maravilhoso. Compramos um carro em novembro. Eles nos entregaram o carro e disseram que só transfeririam o veículo depois que pagassem o IPVA, que até lá, usaríamos o carro com o documento da Movida mesmo. Mandei inúmeras mensagens para o Elias, nunca tive respostas. Fui até a loja, e para a nossa surpresa, o CRV estava assinado e reconhecido desde 11 de janeiro (fomos lá em Março). No caso tivemos um prejuízo de 5 pontos na carteira por transferir o carro fora do prazo de 30 dias.
Tivemos uma outra multa sofrida no tempo em que estivemos com o carro (ainda em nome da Movida) nunca chegou e nunca fui avisado. Não indiquei condutor, porque a loja não me mandou a notificação recebida. Mais 7 pontos na carteira. De cara, 12 pontos assim, fácil. Então tomem muito cuidado.
Poor sales post. Elias to sell is wonderful. We bought a car in November. They handed us the car and said they would only transfer the vehicle after they paid the IPVA, which until then, we would use the car with the same Movida document. I sent countless messages to Elias, I never had answers. I went to the store, and to our surprise, the CRV was signed and recognized since January 11 (we went there in March). In the case we had a loss of 5 points in the portfolio for transferring the car after 30 days.
We had another fine suffered in the time we were with the car (still on behalf of Movida) never arrived and I was never warned. I did not indicate driver, because the store did not send me the notification received. Plus 7 points in the wallet. From the face, 12 points like this, easy. So be very careful.
