Acredito que deveria haver melhor treinamento quanto a postura com o cliente...meus filhos queriam um sorvete após o almoço, nem pensei em me arrumar, pois moro a poucos quarteirões...fui julgada pela minha roupa...enquanto não realizei o pagamento, não tive meu pedido feito... "Normalmente", qdo se faz o pedido, eles vão preparando enquanto vc realiza o pagamento
Como temos mais opções desta franquia na cidade, esta unidade deixará de ser uma opção para mim

Dou destaque à linha de sorvetes que é muito boa por um preço acessível, ao café expresso e ao chocolate liquido (uma ótima opção pra quem ama chocolate ao leite ?).
Não dou 5 estrelas apenas pelo espaço físico, o que implica em poucas mesas para consumo no local.
Local with a wide variety of chocolates, honey bread, truffles and alfajor.
I highlight the line of ice cream that is very good at an affordable price, espresso and liquid chocolate (a great option for those who love milk chocolate ?).
I don't give 5 stars just for the physical space, which means few tables for consumption on site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive ontem na loja, como estava com um cachorrinho, pedi a atendente se poderia montar uma mesa na àrea externa para mim e uma amiga, falei que queria tomar um café, fui prontamente atendida por uma simpática funcionária , acho que o nome era Leticia, logo perguntou seu o cachorrinho não estava com sede e ofereceu um potinho com agua, pedi apenas o potinho para colocar agua mineral, atenciosamente ela me informou que sua agua era filtrada. pedi um expresso para mim e minha amiga e indaguei se tinha algo para acompanhar o café, ela me ofereceu a linha Quero mais, com diversas opções, trouxe tudo na mesa para eu ver e escolher! o café estava muito gostoso, bem tirado e na temperatura certa, tomei e repeti! Ao me dirigir ao caixa, a Joyce (acho que era este o nome, não sou boa para memorizar nomes) também muito simpática me ofereceu a promoção do pague o segundo com desconto, obvio que aproveitei, pois além de deliciosos, a simpatia e delicadeza no atendimento me encantaram. Adoro os chocolates da Brasil Cacau, gosto da localização da loja, com sua simpática calçada, adoro ser atendida por gente simpática e de bom humor! parabéns pelo atendimento nota 10!

I ordered an espresso for myself and my friend and asked if there was anything to accompany the coffee, she offered me the I want more line, with several options, brought everything on the table for me to see and choose! the coffee was very tasty, well taken and at the right temperature, I drank and repeated! When I went to the cashier, Joyce (I think that was the name, I'm not good at memorizing names) also very friendly offered me the promotion of pay the second discount, obviously I took advantage, because besides being delicious, the friendliness and delicacy in the service they delighted me. I love Brasil Cacau chocolates, I like the location of the store, with its nice sidewalk, I love being served by nice people and in a good mood! congratulations for the service note 10!

Presenciei no domingo a cena de uma cliente mto mal educada, que destratou as funcionárias por diversas vezes e mesmo assim, elas continuaram extremamente educadas até o fim do atendimento! Estão de parabéns pela educação! Até eu, como cliente, fiquei impaciente e irritada com a cliente mal educada.
