Minha filha comprou um presente para o pai pela internet, quando entregaram, veio o produto errado.
Minha filha, de imediato, entrou em contato com a loja de onde o produto saiu e disseram que não poderiam trocar.
Ocorre que o erro não foi de minha filha, pois a escolha é a finalização do pedido foram corretos, mas sim da loja q separou e entregou o produto errado... e não quer trocar.
