I've known this establishment for many years. I've done good business with appliances, tools, vacuum cleaners, furniture, old records, telephones, frames, and this store has grown a lot. And to get better customer service and invest in promotions you will definitely get ten.

A mulher parece que faz favor em atender, como se aquilo que ela vende não existe em nenhum outro lugar.
Totalmente sem boa-vontade e sem gentileza. Chega a ser grosseiro!
Não recomendo pela falta de educação com o cliente.
I've been to this thrift store more than once and the service is terrible.
The woman seems to be doing a favor in answering, as if what she sells doesn't exist anywhere else.
Totally unwilling and unkind. It's rude!
I don't recommend it because of the lack of politeness with the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui conhecer o local , comprei um produto q deu problema no dia seguinte, porém fui muito bem atendida pelo Vinicius que foi muito solícito e resolveu o ocorrido com prontidão.
O local em si precisa de uma organização e limpeza , mas eu indico e comprarei novamente com certeza.
I went to visit the place, bought a product that gave a problem the next day, but I was very well assisted by Vinicius, who was very helpful and promptly resolved the problem.
The place itself needs some organization and cleaning, but I recommend it and I will buy again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Agora multiplique algumas vezes mais e saberá como eles tratam os funcionários. Me senti muito mal. Jamais voltarei em um local como aquele. Mas se tem gente que gosta ??♀️ se tá bom pra quem curte, tá bom para mim e para a torcida do Flamengo e Corinthians juntas. Ps: falei que jamais voltaria ai e vcs vem falar que caso eu queira ( não eu não quero e jamais irei novamente e ainda mais para acompanhar o cotidiano ) ? Deus me free ?
Horrible. Now multiply it a few times more and you'll know how they treat employees. I felt really bad. I will never go back to a place like that. But if there are people who like it ??♀️ if it's good for those who like it, it's good for me and for the fans of Flamengo and Corinthians together. Ps: I said I would never go back there and you guys come and say that if I want to (no, I don't and I will never go again and even more to keep up with daily life) ? God forbid ?
