Porém não tem veterinário depois das 14h isso é ruim .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei o serviço de banho e tosa na minha pet de 5 meses, a primeira tosa dela, mandei fotos, e até um vídeo da forma que eu queria a tosa, me informaram que o modelo poderia se encaixar na tosa bebe (onde o valor é mais caro), até então tudo bem, informei que não teria problema a tosa ser como a tosa bebe, COM TANTO que mantivesse os pelos nas áreas que mencionei. (No caso, o problema não seria pagar mais, eu só não queria que a dog ficasse 100% pelada), enfim, minha filha voltou e quando voltou estava tosada 100%, completamente diferente do que solicitei e quando questionei recebi a seguinte mensagem: "ficaria desproporcional por isso que mantivemos o padrão de tosa Bebê!" Simplesmente assim, não me questionaram se eu aceitaria esse tipo de tosa, não se desculparam e ainda me deixaram falando. Estou extremamente decepcionada com serviço e falta de profissionalismo, uma vez que ela já havia sido tosada (tosa higiênica) com vocês e eu havia amado o serviço. Nao sei se foi outro profissional que realizou a tosa, mas é muito triste e decepcionante essa experiência, pois indiquei o estabelecimento para conhecidos, e não gostaria que passassem pela mesma experiência.

I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism, as it had already been groomed (hygienic grooming) with you and I had loved the service. I don't know if it was another professional who carried out the shearing, but this experience is very sad and disappointing, as I indicated the establishment to acquaintances, and I would not like them to go through the same experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oi, levei meu cachorro para banho e tosa e avisei para nao passar perfume, pois meu cachorro tem alergia e quando cheguei la para buscar a tosadora estava terminando de tosar e ela nao fez higiene para tirar os pelos e encheu minha roupa e meu carro de pelos, não colocaram gravada no cachorro e o cheiro dele estava bem forte, quando foi umas 11hrs da noite ele estava com uma coceira terrível e estava todo vermelho quase sangrando, tive que dar um banho as presas para tirar vestígios de produtos ou perfume, tive que dar antialérgico e pomada no local, ligue no pet shop no outro dia, nem quiseram papo e nem conversa e muito menos saber se o cachorro melhorou, ainda queria me vender shampoo antialérgico, são doidos por dinheiro nem se quer pediram desculpas
