A mesma estava almoçando e diz que não podia me atender pq estava almoçando e não podia parar de comer.. por favor.. que falta de organização do estabelecimento..
I went for the first time and I'm not coming back anymore. The employee has no interest in serving customers, I was at the store at 3pm !! She was having lunch and says she couldn’t answer me because she was having lunch and couldn’t stop eating .. please .. what a lack of organization in the establishment ..

I was part of my daughter's trousseau with them, I always find good products, clean and in good condition, the evaluation in the exchange is fair and I always manage to bring a good amount of clothes, polite and helpful employees, always Indian for friends and relatives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vocês poderiam mudar um pouco o sistema de troca e eu gostaria de entender qual o critério pra dar valor em uma peça. Porque fui com mais de 30 peças pra trocar e sai da loja apenas com nove! Então quero saber se tem uma tabela, tipo: macacão fica tantos créditos, body outros tantos e mijão outro. Outra coisa, se a pessoa foi lá com as peças exigidas pra trocar e ainda com uma quantidade maior, pode ser oferecido um desconto sobre as peças que ela vai levar. Enfim, não fiquei satisfeita, recusaram três peças por ter mancha, mas quando fui ver as roupas oferecidas tinha um vestido rasgado sendo vendido por 13 reais, muito body encardido e pouca opção de troca. Pra mim não valeu a pena.
You could change the exchange system a little and I would like to understand the criteria for giving value to a piece. Because I went with more than 30 pieces to exchange and left the store with only nine! Another thing, if the person went there with the parts required to exchange and still with a larger quantity, a discount may be offered on the parts they will take. Anyway, I wasn't satisfied, they refused three pieces because they had stains, but when I went to see the clothes offered there was a torn dress being sold for 13 reais, a lot of grimy bodysuits and little exchange option. For me it was not worth it.
