O SAC ignora o cliente completamente e depois de 6 meses reclamando quase que diariamente, continuo com os péssimos produtos mesmo implorando para que os retirem da minha casa para que eu possa substituí-los por produtos de qualidade e que me devolvam o dinheiro. Não sabem o significado da palavra respeito!
Worst company in the industry !! Pretend to be what you are not! They sell poor quality products and say they have gone through quality control! The SAC ignores the customer completely and after 6 months complaining almost daily, I continue with the terrible products even begging them to remove them from my house so that I can replace them with quality products and give me the money back. They do not know the meaning of the word respect!

Vc que tem que ligar para saber se vão cumprir o prazo, demoram para responder e no final atrasam a entrega. Semana passada li guei para saber de um produto que comprei há 70 dias atrás. Não deram resposta dizendo que iam checar e retornar 1 semana depois eu tenho que ligar novamente e sou informada que vão atrasar mais pelo menos 20 dias. Falta de respeito.
In-store service is great! However, when delivering it is always the same. You have to call to find out if they are going to meet the deadline, they take too long to respond and in the end they delay delivery. Last week I read to find out about a product I bought 70 days ago. They did not answer saying that they were going to check and return 1 week later I have to call again and I am informed that they will be delayed by at least 20 days. Lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado! Não comprem desta loja. Comprei 10 cadeiras e após 2 anos, precisei de assistência técnica. Péssimo atendimento (inexistente eu diria) e depois de muito custo, recebi um orçamento de reparo 2x mais caro que o valor de cadeiras novas!
Watch out! Do not buy from this store. I bought 10 chairs and after 2 years, I needed technical assistance. Bad service (non-existent I would say) and after a lot of cost, I received a repair quote 2x more expensive than the value of new chairs!
