Minha mãe já foi pessoalmente agendada por duas vezes conversar om Natália e ela simplesmente sai justamente na hora de atender aos cliente. Péssimo! Não recomendo. Não dão retorno dos processos. Se tiverem recursos, procurem outro escritório.
 Unfortunately, we have a process from my mom with them and they don't give us returns. My mom has already been personally scheduled to chat with Natália twice and she just leaves just in time to serve the clients. Terrible! I do not recommend. They do not return the cases. If you have resources, look for another office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossível recomendar esse escritório. Temos processos com eles e temos uma excessiva dificuldade de obter retorno. Dizem que vão entrar em contato e não cumprem.
Impossible to recommend this office. We have lawsuits with them and we have an excessive difficulty in obtaining a return. They say they'll get in touch and they don't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até agora fui muito atendido....mas estou com processo de direito do consumidor e advogada contrato no brettas não entra com ação .... preciso de uma liminar com urgência.... desconto duplicado.....o que acontece??? 28 dias e 40 dias que estou indo aí e nada.... toda semana é uma desculpa.... ninguém responde os 30 email que enviei....estou pensando em desistir do escritório....me ajudem..... posso confiar ?
So far I've been very well attended....but I'm with a consumer law process and a contract lawyer at brettas doesn't take action.... I need an injunction urgently.... double discount.....what happens ??? 28 days and 40 days I'm going there and nothing.... every week is an excuse.... no one responds to the 30 emails I sent.... I'm thinking about quitting the office.... help me... .. can I trust ?

Atendimento bom foi quando vieram procurar para abrir os processo, depois disso, nem Deus na causa!
I've had some cases with the office for years, and I've never seen a place so difficult to talk to!
Good service was when they came looking to open the process, after that, not even God in the cause!
