★ ★ ★ ★ ★ minha primeira impressão foi muito ruim, fui muito mau atendida...A loja estava vazia, não tinha nenhum carro na porta, as funcionarias estavam batendo papo, atoa, e nao quiseram me atender pois eu não tinha marcado hora. A recepcionista nada simpática, nem procurou ver se alguém poderia me atender.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabalham apenas com horario marcado. mas nunca respeitam o horario, sempre atendem com um atraso de 20 minutos. Não é o certo, mas acabamos aceitando. Hoje infelizmente passou 50 minutos e nada de ser atendido, me levantei e fui embora.
Espero que respeitem mais os proximos cliente, pois se optei por um local que trabalha com hora marcada é porque meu tempo é curto e quero ser atendido na hora combinada, simples assim.
They work by appointment only. but they never respect the schedule, they always answer with a delay of 20 minutes. It's not right, but we ended up accepting it. Today, unfortunately, 50 minutes passed and there was no answer, I got up and left.
I hope they respect the next customers more, because if I chose a place that works by appointment, it's because my time is short and I want to be served at the agreed time, simple as that.

Desde a recepção até a entrega do vestido.
Eu nunca fui tão bem atendida na vida.
As meninas que nos atendem em momento algum te empurram o vestido, são amorosas, humanas, simpáticas e atenciosas.
A dona do estabelecimento, Kirla, é uma mulher incrível e quero dizer que ela está de parabéns com todos as funcionárias.
O atendimento é igual para todos. Desde o mais rico ao mais simples e isso é magnífico.
Parabéns meninas.
Vocês são sensacionais.
Sempre fui uma alegria pra mim todos os dias que precisei experimentar meu vestido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei uma experiencia muito ruim com a loja, o meu atendimento com a Marcinha foi nota 10, vendedora maravilhosa, mas o resto eu NUNCA MAIS volto lá! Eu não tive recepção noc asamento, meu vestido era pesado e a bainha ficou muito mal feita. Meu vestido esbarrava no chão e quiserão me cobrar 600,00 (depois deram desconto para 300,00) pq sujou (ÓBVIOOOO!) e não aceitaram. Como não sujar a barra de um vestido pesado, que estava muito mal feita, e ainda por cima BRANQUISSIMO! Eu casei ja com o vestido sujo em baixo... Enfim, tomem cuidado com isso.
I had a very bad experience with the store, my service with Marcinha was a 10, wonderful seller, but the rest I will NEVER go back there! I had no reception at the wedding, my dress was heavy and the hem was very poorly made. My dress bumped on the floor and they wanted to charge me 600.00 (they gave a discount to 300.00) because it got dirty (OBVIOUSLY!) and they didn't accept it. How not to dirty the hem of a heavy dress, which was very poorly made, and on top of that WHITE! I got married with the dirty dress underneath... Anyway, be careful with that.
