★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tive problemas ao apagar das luzes. Fizeram a vistoria, tudo OK, exceto por UM azulejo na cozinha. Propus a imobiliária a pagar o prestador indicado por ela e assim me livraria de qualquer responsabilidade posterior e encerraria qualquer vínculo, visto que estava atarefado com mudança, trabalho e afins. Aceitaram, paguei o prestador e devolvi as chaves. Porém por falta de malícia, não me atentei a exigir um distrato por escrito. Então, pouco mais de um mês depois, a imobiliária entrou em contato me informando que haviam encontrado um vazamento num banheiro, onde visivelmente se tratava má execução de obra (uma conexão na parede com o entorno oco, praticamente sem reboco). Fui aconselhado a arcar pois apenas havia apalavrado o fim do contrato, e assim foi feito. Obviamente após exigir um distrato por escrito. Trabalharia com a Souza Gomes como locador. Mas não mais como locatário.
Unfortunately I had problems turning off the lights. They did the inspection, everything OK, except for ONE tile in the kitchen. I proposed to the real estate company to pay the service provider indicated by her and in this way I would get rid of any further responsibility and terminate any relationship, since I was busy with moving, work and the like. They accepted, I paid the provider and returned the keys. However, for lack of malice, I did not attempt to demand a written cancellation. Then, a little more than a month later, the real estate company contacted me informing me that they had found a leak in a bathroom, where it was clearly a poor execution of the work (a connection in the wall with the hollow surroundings, practically without plaster). I was advised to pay because I had just worded the end of the contract, and so it was done. Obviously after demanding a written cancellation. I would work with Souza Gomes as a lessor. But no longer as a tenant.
