I hated bad customer service without the desire to answer, and I bought an earring that was told it was silver. I wore it for a week and it is black and I couldn't even wear it on New Year's Eve. I hope they make the switch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peças de péssima qualidade! Pós- venda chega a beira do ridículo. Comprei uma gargantilha e um pingente( ponto de luz) a corrente somente fica com na cor de prata no fecho e no pingente, o restante todo escurecido, por mais que limpe fica escura!!! Fui trocar e depois de muito relutar a gerente trocou e disse que a nova ficaria do mesmo jeito!!!!???Não recomendo, aliás recomendo que fuja!
Terrible quality parts! After-sales borders on the ridiculous. I bought a choker and a pendant (light point) the chain only has a silver color on the clasp and the pendant, the rest is darkened, no matter how hard you clean it is dark!!! I went to change it and after a lot of reluctance the manager changed it and said that the new one would be the same!!!!
