★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e meu esposo estivemos na Casa das alianças do Parque das Bandeiras no dia 26/10 e realizamos a compra de um par de alianças, lá foram realizadas as medidas pela vendedora e sua Gerente Jéssica. O prazo para a entrega foi até o dia 04/11, 9 dias corridos, pois bem, fomos buscar no dia 05/11 e pra nossa surpresa as medidas estavam erradas. Na verdade fizeram a medida pra um tipo de formato de aliança e o nosso era outro. Um erro que achei um absurdo, pois quem trabalha numa loja desse tipo deveriam ter o dobro de cuidado.
Falamos com o gerente que estava presente na loja e depois foi tudo passado pra Jessica.
Hoje dia 08/11 entrei em contato por telefone com a Jessica e ela me deu um prazo pra troca até dia 16/11 ou seja mais 11 dias !!!!
Isso porque o erro foi da loja e eles afirmaram que iriam fazer mais rápido.
E olha que foi um produto bem caro por sinal.
Achei um descaso total com o cliente! Minha vontade é de pedir a devolução do valor e comprar em outro lugar.
Um produto que é pra ser sinônimo de felicidade pro casal e estamos passando por todo esse transtorno.
My husband and I were at the Alliances House of Parque das Bandeiras on 10/26 and bought a pair of alliances. The seller and her Jessica Manager made the arrangements. The deadline for delivery was until 11/04, 9 calendar days, well, we went to pick on 11/05 and to our surprise the measures were wrong. They actually made the measure for one type of alliance format and ours was another. A mistake that I found absurd, because those who work in such a store should be twice as careful.
We talked to the manager who was present at the store and then it was all passed on to Jessica.
Today day 08/11 I contacted by phone with Jessica and she gave me a deadline to exchange until the day 16/11 or 11 more days !!!!
That's because the mistake was from the store and they said they would do it faster.
And look it was a very expensive product by the way.
I found total disregard for the customer! My desire is to ask for the return of value and buy elsewhere.
A product that is to be synonymous with happiness for the couple and we are going through all this disorder.

Bad service. I went to change a watch I got, and the attendant was not friendly at all. She was clearly creating barriers to effecting the exchange, passing on disjointed and meaningless information.
