Mas saí insatisfeita pq comprei quase 600,00 em presentes e não me deram nada de desconto para pagamento à vista, acho que deveriam ser mais flexíveis! Nem brinde tinham! Toda loja que compro em maior quantidade consigo desconto ou brinde. Saí muito insatisfeita nessa parte.
The service is great, the variety also. The price is reasonable, there is a store in town with a better price. But I left unsatisfied because I bought almost 600.00 in gifts and they did not give me any discount for cash payment, I think they should be more flexible! They didn't even have a toast! Every store I buy in greater quantity with a discount or gift. I left very dissatisfied in that part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "O barato sai caro" - sempre disse minha mãe. Comprei nesta loja através do submarino. O brinquedo chegou quebrado pedi a troca pelo submarino mas seria um processo longo. Precisei comprar outro brinquedo para meu neto. Agora estou tentando devolver o brinquedo e ter a restituição do valor, não consigo atendimento no submarino. Liguei para loja Brinquedos da Hora, a pessoa muito gentil simplesmente disse que não poderia fazer nada. Enfim o problema era meu. Não recomendo esta loja. Tive que comprar outro brinquedo as pressas e não sei quando vou conseguir a restituição e se vou conseguir... Enfim o barato sai caro.
"Cheap is expensive" - my mother always said. I bought it at this store via the submarine. The toy arrived broken I asked for the exchange for the submarine but it would be a long process. I needed to buy another toy for my grandson. Now I'm trying to return the toy and have the value refunded, I can't get service on the submarine. I called the Toys of the Hour store, the very kind person simply said he couldn't do anything. Anyway, the problem was mine. I do not recommend this store. I had to buy another toy in a hurry and I don't know when I'll get the refund and if I'll get it... Anyway, cheap is expensive.
