I really like the opening hours, which are quite extensive. But it bothers me to keep the toy boxes. Often the boxes are already spoiled leaving the gift looking bad.

Terrible attendance. Dark and dirty place, the toys exposed full of dust. Grumpy attendants who seem to be doing you a favor in selling something. Run!

I went to change a toy that came with a defect and no one came to answer me, they were super rude when I looked for one of the employees, besides they were WITHOUT a mask. I was going to do more shopping, but due to poor service, I won't be back at the store!
